      The main components of alkaline degreaser are alkaline components and surfactants. According to the modern defatting theory, it confirms the saponification effect of alkali components on oil pollution and the emulsification effect of surfactants components on oil pollution, but emphasizes the wetting, permeability and coiling of surfactants. That is, the effective components of alkaline degreaser permeate along the interface between metal and oil pollution of parts, thus replacing the oily phase and wetting the metal surface phase, so that a large number of oil pollution is coiled and separated. Part of the rolled oil is soap or emulsified, and a large amount of oil floats to the liquid level and is insoluble with the solution. Therefore, according to the mechanism of defatting, alkali, surfactants, cleaning promoters and corrosion inhibitors are reasonably selected and components, so as to obtain the best synergistic effect and improve the wetting of the treated metal surface oil by alkaline degreaser. Penetration, coiling and diffusion make the best defatting effect at low temperature.
