Conversion Coating IC-2013
I. Product Overview
IC-2013 is one metal surface pre-treatment chemical that is phosphate-free and Chromium-free , especially suitable for surface treatment of steel, zinc, and aluminum. It does not contain volatile organic compounds and can enhance the adhesion and corrosion resistance for powder coating. It is Suitable for spraying treatment at room temperature, and washed with deionized water after treatment.
The original solution has good stability, no layering phenomenon. After the workpiece is treated, an ultra-thin amorphous composite film layer is formed on the metal surface. The resistance to copper sulfate droplet corrosion is superior to zinc phosphating and iron phosphating. It provides good adhesion for the coupling of metal surfaces and subsequent coatings, improves the physical and chemical properties of coatings, and can match with various types of coatings.

III. Processing process:
1) Pre degreasing 2) Degreasing 3) Water washing 4) Deionized water washing 5) Coversion coating 6) Deionized water washing 7) Deionized water washing 8) Drying
Before IC-2013 treatment, it is necessary to remove any grease, debris, pollutants, etc. that are attached to the surface of the treated Parts.
